DESCRIPTION
18,000 sq. ft. of tar and gravel were replaced with SBS Modified
bitumen. The re-roofing took place over the Service/Storage,
Nuclear Radiation Ward, Laboratories and Patient Rooms area.
One of the main
obstacles in this project was the lack of access to four decks,
which were only accessible by crane.
Special
considerations were made to minimize the intake of fumes inside the
building, as well as lessen disruption of any Owner/Patient
activities. |
