The projects consist of Tenant
Improvements to these separated office suites located in this Medical
Office Building.
The scope of our basic services includes
verification pro-gramming and production of permit level documents for
the tenant improvements. As part of our work, we verify the program
required by each tenant and the actual leased space, then prepare a
space plan to include colors and finishes for review and approval by
the tenant. During construction, we respond to RFI’s, and review
submittals and requests for payments from the general contractor..
