DESCRIPTION
The scope of
work includes review of space formerly classified as OB/Delivery.
The space had been converted to general office type use. The
declassification took place approximately 15 years ago at the time
the new OB/Delivery suite was constructed.
Partial
demolition of existing features of the space created new dental
suites. The surgical procedures that will be performed within the
suites will consist of outpatient oral maxillofacial procedures.
