DESCRIPTION
ACAI was commissioned under the prime contractor for Architectural services including Facility Programming, Site Plan Design, and Architectural Plans for the South Florida Water Management District Laboratory Building Relocation project. This project involved design and development of a new facility based upon the final site plan selected by the District’s Basis of Design Report (BODR), preliminary plans as well as complying with the Districts Standards.
