DESCRIPTION
The Critical Shortage Building is planned for the Nova Southeastern University Davie Campus to address the growing needs of the Health Professions Division. The Project is a ten story building consisting of approximately 300,000 SF of new construction located over and between the Lab Library, College of Dental Medicine and Ziff Clinic.

The design provides expansion program spaces for the Library, College of Pharmacy, Allied Health/Nursing, Dental Medicine, and College of Osteopathic Medicine. The spaces include computer labs, classrooms, seminar rooms, and two 250 seat auditoriums. These are simulation labs, simulation surgical rooms, multi-purpose rooms, and the required support spaces. In addition, there are operatories for various dental programs, including pediatrics. Also, shell space is provided for flexibility and future growth.

The professional services include Programming, Planning, Architectural and Engineering, Interior Design, and Construction Management.
