DESCRIPTION
ACAI has been selected to provide architectural and contract administration
services for an expansion to Florida National College's main campus in Hialeah, Florida.
This design-build project includes classrooms, a library/media center, a 250 seat
auditorium and labs for physics, chemistry, biology and anatomy, along with customized teaching areas
for the school's nursing and dental hygienist programs.
The new 5-story, 91,000 sf building features a 2-story high covered open plaza between
the new and existing buildings to invite student interaction. An enclosed, elevated "bridge"
connects the new and existing building at upper levels.
