DESCRIPTION
Commerce Bank is
a 31-year-old banking concern headquartered in the northeastern
United States. ACAI has been contracted as a local architectural
representative for the company’s South Florida expansion. ACAI is
providing architectural and permitting services at the direction of
the prime consultant, InterArch. To date, branches are being
designed and constructed in the following Florida cities: Boca
Raton (2), Coral Gables, Coral Springs (4), Hialeah/Palm Springs,
Juno Beach, Margate, Miramar (2), Stuart, and Unincorporated
Miami-Dade County, Unincorporated Palm Beach County (2) and West
Palm Beach. All of these projects are at differing stages of design
and construction.
