ACAI was selected as part of the Owner's Program
Management Team for this one billion dollar expansion. ACAI provided
management services in Architecture, Landscape Design,
Structural MEP
Engineering, scheduling administration and CEI Services during construction.
ACAI was selected as part of the Owner's Representation Team
for
this $70,000,000 project. ACAI provided Overview Services
in
architecture, landscape design, structural and MEP engineering and CEI
services during construction.
In order to meet an unusually protracted schedule, ACAI provided full
owner representation services to the City of Fort Lauderdale
in the delivery of this multiple-phase project. Phase 1 includes
the Airport's Administration and Police Substation Building,
Phase 2 includes the Air Rescue Fire Fighting and Personnel
Training Facilities and the City's West Area Emergency
Operations Center. Services include master planning,
programming and design criteria documents and owner representation from programming through move-in.
ACAI's selection as Consultant for the roofing, plaza and curtain wall waterproofing of the newest arena in South Florida included constant on-the-field coordination in overseeing the successful installation of the envelope surfaces for Miami's newest landmark building by the bay.
ACAI helped deliver this award-winning
project ahead of schedule.
