The ACAI Technology Division, created in 2008, specializes in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM), providing design, drawing and support services for Architecture, Engineering and Construction Firms, including the trade and sub markets, as well as Developers, Owners and Building Product Manufactures. Our workable VDC solutions optimize how projects flow and improve communication and collaboration enhancing overall productivity for Owners and the entire design team. .

In addition to traditional delivery CADD standards, most recently, the use of BIM software has been preferred by many of our clients. BIM ensures better communication, design delivery, coordination and is used to explore a project's key physical and functional characteristics digitally before it's built, greatly reducing conflicts and streamlining the design and construction process. As an added value to the Owner, BIM contributes to the life-cycle of the building as it can be used as a facility management tool when the project is completed. This new BIM technology has been seized upon by designers, contractors, owners and suppliers as a manner in which to reduce costs, inefficiencies, claims and conflicts on projects.

ACAI Technology Division’s experience with VDC and BIM is extensive. Our experienced staff members are all trained in the latest software and hold bachelor’s degree or licenses in the design and construction industry. Our team, including architects, engineers, general contractors and VDC modelers in-house, creates more sophisticated, professional models and work together to identify clashes, conflicts and design problems virtually in pre-construction before they become problems and costs in the field.
